    An update on various problems.

    1. The start-run and end-run halog scripts were repaired.
    The scaler info was NOT lost, scalers are written to datastream
    and to a history file, see section on scalers (which is mostly
    up-to-date, but I need to check) at the URL:

    2. The epics scripts were complaining, hallasc5 has "run out
    of memory", so beam current and related epics info is temporarily
    not available. Javier is working on it.

    3. Shift reported that roc2 is complaining at its login shell:
    "Interrupt: fb_frdb_1: kk=2". I asked the DAQ group to look
    into their libraries and find what this message means. I will react
    as soon as I find out. In the meantime, check the data quality.
    Look for truncation of events, loss of synch, etc. For what its worth,
    I see no evidence of extra gates which had affected us a couple
    days ago, and had forced us to abandon buffered mode.
