    keyword=Left-HRS magnets ready

    Ed Folts and Mark Stevens are out of the hall and they believe they found
    the reason for frequent Left-HRS Q2 trips. There seemed to be a loose
    connection on the VME crate controlling that quad. Hall is in beam permit.
    Bringing up left momentum to 3.863 GeV/c.
