keyword=AcceptancesQuestion was raised whether the collimators are indeed 6 msr (or whether they
are correctly located). This is because the event rate seems to be about half
of the expected rate (even with the reduction factor of 2 for dE_{electron}
taken into account). Marius Kramer plotted the phi_{target} and
theta_{target} for both arms (shown below). The nominal limits for
phi_{target} and theta_{target} are +- 40 mr and +- 60 mr. So, the collimator
acceptances seem O.K.
