    When we came out of the hall we realized that TS1 crate could
    not address any of its scaler units. Machine exception. Rebooting
    did not solve this. We took access again, cycled the power on the
    crate, and its ok again. This might have had something to do with
    the arcing and sparking in the HV crate (??).
