    16:00 completed cooldown He4 target. The Switch
    took about 7 hours. The target state is: 5.8K, 220 psi, Fan: 60 Hz.
    The fan seems to be oscillating a little, causing the target temperature
    to oscillate by 0.02 K. The heat load is set to ~150 Watts, which
    should accomodate ~25 uA. If the target operator has to adjust the heat load, it should be done slowly, so as to cause no pressure fluctuation that could vent the loop. The net target motion during the warmup/cooldown was zero, as the target
    returned to it's original position after cooldown.
