08:15 or so: MCC calls to inform us that they have a magnet problem and will be taking the beam back. They may or may not go directly to the energy change. We would like about 15 minutes more beam to finish the LD2 rad out running.
09:50 Jack Segal and Elaine Schulte made a controlled access to check out the hydrogen flammable gas alarm from earlier in the morning. No hydrogen leak was detected.
10:45 MCC calls to inform us that they will be sending us pulsed beam in about 15 minutes.
10:55 MCC restored 1.875 GeV CW beam at 10 uA.
11:15 MCC takes beam back. Beginning beam energy change.
11:30 Begin cycling quads for sing12 setup upon restoration of 3.395 GeV beam.
12:50 Access requested to reset tripped Right arm Q2.
13:20 Controlled access to reset right arm Q2.
13:45 Setup for sing12.
14:20 Beam delivery at 20 uA and 3.395 GeV.
15:20 Change to 15cm LH2
Production running taken with a 3x3 raster in agreement with the what was written in the logbook.
15:50 MCC needs to take the beam back to check Hall C's orbits. They need about 10 minutes
