    For the TS1 problems, two things happened: 1) The reset
    GUI in "General Tools" screen did not work. I think it has
    not worked for a long time. In addition, the crate was so hung
    up that one could not telnet into either its network nor port-
    server interfaces. One had to power cycle. (Note: It would be
    useful to fix this reset during MD.) 2) The second thing that
    happened was that when the crate was power cycled it lost its
    NVRAM parameters. This is rare for the VME crates. The
    recovery procedure is documented in ~adev/doc/vmeram.doc
