    According to MCC there is a hardware problem with the Moeller quads that requires a tech to work on it. Since the tech is an hour away and since we shut down at 6:00 anyway, they are not going to call in the tech. The problem will be addressed during the maintenance period.

    We will turn down HV and put the target to sleep.
