    keyword=right arm could not ENDRUN, rebooted right arm

    Run 21201 could not ENDRUN, and could not start datamon.
    (The problem was already there during the previous shift. I was told that
    at around 5 am, adaql2 was rebooted. After that, they could not ENDRUN.
    Only stop coda to stop run.)
    Called Bob and it probably was that the scalers were not reading.
    Tried reset, still could not ENDRUN. Had to stop coda to ENDRUN.
    Then rebooted the right arm components. kcoda. Re-start runcontrol.
    Everything is fine now.

    Run 21201 probably has problem with scalers data (maybe missing).
    Also the earlier runs (sicne the reboot of adaql2 around 5 am) sould be checked.
