    Target pump speed calibration.
    Each TACH speed has a CODA run. We always wait 5 minutes
    for water flow to stabilize. Beam current 50 microamps.
    Run 1220 - bust, DT too high
    Run 1221 has TACH = 500 good run.
    Then... no beam for a long time. RF problems.
    Run 1222 junk.
    I fixed the "DAQ crash bell" in datamon, so if DAQ crashes
    you are awakened with beeps (which you can also disable).
