    Here are the count rates for kinematics G+ --> C+ corrected for acceptance using Kevin's simulations.

    Note that the G+ numbers do not include about 560 uA-hrs of runs not recorded or replayed (runs 1424-1434). This will increase the 1p1/2 and 1p3/2 numbers to about 25k and 115k. On the other hand, runs 1404--1411 have increasing problems and might not be fixable.

    To do the acceptance cuts, I took the ratio of the cut rates to the uncut rates for the different shells from Table 2, p14 of the Sims book.

    The kinematics C+ numbers are extrapolated from 180 uA-hrs of replay.

    'Planned' and 'expected' refer to the run plan. 'actual' refers to the off-line replay and 'cut' refers to actual times the expected acceptance factor.

    Note that y-target cuts for the R arm could be drifting off since they were set for kinematics G+ (and were OK for F+).
