keyword=New 'expert-level' replay code, plus partial I- results.
The data is coming in so smoothly, I felt I had to halog something, so here is some new analysis code/results.
In the espace directory, there is now a subdirectory called 'recon_jra'. This has a fotran code 'recon.f' that reads in one of the big physics ntuples, applies tight cuts, and writes out a mini-nutple (goes from 1.1M to 30k events in under two minues for I- kinematics). Just type 'run_recon ' to run the program. This creates a mini-ntuple in the recontuples directory. You can then run paw from the recontuples directory and chain the ntuples together in order to look at 50-100 runs at a time. There is a sample kumac (makechain.kumac) that reads the file run.list and chains together all of the runs listed in the file. Anyone can run paw and look at the combined runs, but you should probably make your own copy of the recon code/directory if you want to modify the cuts and run lists. Attached is a preview of the data for I- (runs 1604-1640, about 350 uA-hours). Black curve is E_miss for the real peak (+/-1 ns timing cut), green is the randoms (for an 18ns window, scaled down to 2ns). Figure 2 is the corrected coincidence time.
