    keyword=modifications to DAQ and EPICS scripts

    Two problems addressed: ROC14 crashes, and some EPICS
    variables sometimes not appearing.

    1. I modified the scripts fastEpicsLogger and epicsLogger to use
    the IP addresses 129.57.239.255 129.57.211.255 129.57.243.255
    instead of the server 129.57.255.4, per suggestion of M. Bickley
    since this server fails sometimes. I did not modify any other script,
    e.g. start run or end run. Mattias might want to do that.

    2. I modified the experiment's default CODA configuration "e00102"
    to drop ROC14. So, roc14 is not in the readout. I created another CODA
    configuration "withROC14" which contains roc14 in the readout. You
    can switch back and forth between these as follows.
    a) After ending a run, press the "Abort" button in runcontrol.
    b) Press "Configure" button and select between the above two configurations.
    c) Download, Start Run as usual.

    3. I have a vx2306 VME cpu which we can install in roc14 during 30 min.
    down time. The not-too-wild speculation is that it will make the "withROC14"
    config more stable.

    4. During Thanksgiving I will try to run the relevant part of roc14 into the
    shield hut, to be read out there, if the experiment wants me to.
