    MCC did a harp scan to double check the OTR results (see halog 78302)
    It turns out that the OTR calibration is too big by a about a factor of 5.

    The actual beam is sigma_x = 60 um and sigma_y = 360 um (see the accelerator log for details) Note that these are accelerator coordinates so y is vertical (and corresponds to our x_target)

    This is not optimal (optimal is 100 < sigma < 200). However, since this is not a high resolution expt, we can live with a spot slightly too large in y.
