keyword=guards left in place - Emiss problem solved

We found the solution to our Emiss shift for the high Emiss G data.

Unfortunately, the target window shield and caps for the HRS were
left in place - we believe from maintenance Tuesday 12/04. This
amounts to a little plastic and a few millimeters of aluminum in the
way of both the scattered electron and knocked-out proton. Fortunately,
we think we can use all the data we took. We are pretty pleased that
we caught this in the data so quickly.

This was due to a little bad luck - the spectrometer configuration
was such that the caps on the HRS were not visible given the
camera locations. Further, those on shift were not sufficiently
familiar with the way the plastic guards looked to be able to
    recognize they were in place.

    Recommendations:

    1. another camera in the hall mounted in a very different location
from the two we presently have.

    2. the clear plastic windows used to guard the scattering chamber
window should be painted yellow or completely covered with the
black/yellow striped tape so that it is a little more recognisable that
there is something on the target.
