keyword=raster and intrinsic spot sizeWe spent about an hour trying to get the rastered spot to approx 2 x 2 mm.
Finally after tuning quads we achieved this. Then we did a HARP scan to
check intrinsic spot size. Harp run 1722, CODA run 1802. Result was
61 x 99 um at BPM4A and 144 x 27 um at BPM4B. We ask MCC to adjust
Y size larger. They are trying...
Fig 1 are fits to our event BPM data. The sigmas are 72 x 81 um at BPM4A
and 92 x 95 um at BPM4B but the BPM resolution is probably 20 sqrt(100/I)
microns where I = beam current in microamps (I think).
