keyword=Rastered size wrong !We just noticed the rastered spot size is 0.5 mm square !!
We stop run 1815 to put in carbon target and adjust. Although previously
correct, it appears the adjustments for intrinsic spot size interfered with the
adjustment for rastered spot size -- cat chasing its tail -- and we didn't notice.
