    a) rate vs current scan:

    => decided to take data at 4 uA

    2) ep run 3192: 60 min at 4uA, beam rock steady, BPM reading did not change
    even in the last digit, 3 beam trips ,
    besides the poor statistics ( which are even distributed over two microstrips)
    it is a good measurement.

    4.70400 GeV +- 0.492 MeV (stat) +- 1.03 MeV (sys)
