Shift Summary, Polarized Source Feedback systems test

Accomplished setup for parity tests, RWP scan, investigated
HVPC response, calibrated IA and PZT, ran IA feedback (30 min).

Decent results, with significant downtime for RadCon measurements
    and target warmup.

    8:44 Run#1342 3K events....................used to check bpm gains
BPMs have been put into forced gain, with iocse9 bpms at 115,
    and iocse10 bpms at 1260

11:27... from analysis of RWP scan, RWP set to 4473, 89.5 degrees.
    11:30....1353.......276......10K............4473..............89.5.
Aq seen to be large. Fit wasn't so good, it turns out. Checking a new guess.
    11:42....1354......10K.... Aq = -94ppm, looks good.baseline for PITA scan
HV PC voltage scan. Offset from both voltages set:

12:05 beam off for RadCon survey.
Lowered gain on iocse9 bpms to 1050, because bpm12 was pegged.

Gains lowered in iocse9 to 950. Energy bpm 12 still pegged. Beam current lowered
to 50 microAmp to try to help saturated bpms in injector.

We aren't seeing any effect on Aq.
    Voltages back to nominal setpoints.
