This morning RadCon (Becky) found the radiation levels near the target were
sufficiently low to allow Folts to do vacuum coupling work. This work has begun
and is estimated to be completed at around 10 pm (beam in hall).
This leaves our schedule tight, but we will try to run the two remaining test plans,
resolution test and HAPPEX detector. I hope it doesn't come down to this, but
if necessary we will use the following algorithm to decide the time sharing, as
agreed by all parties (I think)
.....Resolution Test needs 6+ hours
.....HAPPEx Test needs 4+ hours
.....Resolution Test has priority.
.....G0 beam tests start 08:00, hall A opens. (No way to change this)
.....If beam ready 10 pm or earlier, both tests will run.
.....If beam ready much after 10 pm but before 2 am, only resolution test runs.
.....If beam ready after 2 am, only HAPPEx runs.
