keyword=carbon current scanPlot below shows ratio of singles rates to current with the zero current cosmic
run rates subtracted. There is a slight tilt to T3 which probably means that
the cosmic rate is a little off. Maybe need to check cosmic rate. Will do run
during down. The carbon establishes as good baseline for Lh2 and LD2
studies.
