    keyword=left arm magnets

    slow controls for the magnets of the left arm are currently not working,
    repair is scheduled for the next access.

    in the meantime:
    Q1 is still okay
    dipole is set, and should stay at the right setting 2.071 GeV/c
    Q2 and Q3 are in local mode, and set to roughly the correct
    current. (Q3 is roughly cycled, Q2 is not at all - the dial doesn't
    work very well: either the potentiometer or the "set current" switch
    are broken.
