    16:10 Move the beam 1/2 plate in and increase current to 2.6 uA;
    16:20 Increase current to 2.9 uA;
    16:25 Run raster/spot.the position of beam is ok ;
    16:42 Beam off because MCC do fast feedback,which do not work until next monday ;keep eyes on the monitor of BPM .
