  Hall B RC informs me that they have some repairs to do
early this AM that will require them to be down for a while, 
and ask if we can schedule our invasive HAPPEX beam studies
earlier than the 8:00 AM start time previously negotiated;
Hall C don't mind, so I also say yes.

  Thus, we will call Lisa and Kent in (page them around 5:00 
AM) in order to run the studies from, roughly, 6:00 AM until
10:00 AM. 

  I have decided not to pester the PD to inform him
at this late hour...

  Meanwhile, we have had some beam, checked the raster 
and beam position with the BeO and raster++.

  20 cm hydrogen target is in beam, 60 Hz fan speed,
High power heater at 226 W. 6 g/s from CHL.
