For run number 3033, the beam energy modulation plots do not show any energy 
data in the trace - no pink line. At the time, MCC had just finished a QE 
measurement and the dithering cycle started just as the run was ending. We 
believe the run ended before this dithering cycle was finished and this may be 
the reason the energy modulation trace is missing.
