We set the lumi HV to reflect the changes in blumi2 and 6.  Those two detectors 
swapped positions during the access.  Blumi2 (still corresponds to 1:30 on the 
clock, but physically is the detector that used to be blumi 6) has lower rate 
and required higher HV, just like before.  So presumably that position is 
somehow shielded line-of-sight from the target.

The detector now in the blumi6 position has HV compatible with the other 
detectors.  Very interesting!

The new HV are recorded below (only blumi2 and 6, which are channels 1 and 5, 
have been changed).
