CODA crash, ROC 17 did not seem to respond
restarted CODA and rebooted all ROCs ( ROC17 a couple of time )
and the run eventually started.
I'm wondering if we are not making to much network traffic at run start which my slow down the msql database.

database query: MSQL server has gone away
which does not look very good
