    keyword=DAQ update (seems to work)

    After several tests we managed to prove that ROC17 (calorimeter
    crate) caused the failure at prestart, and no other ROCs (a config
    with all ROCs except 17 was ok, while a config with only ROC17
    would fail.)

    It looked like a network problem, but "blaster" tests (high rate
    network check) revealed the connection was ok. Rebooted network
    switch and tried other stuff. Finally, Alexandre had the idea to
    change the software ID of the crate (in the CODA database) from
    17 to 9 -- et viola! -- the DAQ works again.

    This is very strange. But we'll run if we can ...
