Alex fixed the first problem :
for the run 3036 blocs 38 39 60 61 62 63 64 are read
for bloc 11 an ARS problem is suspected : access needed to test
for bloc 26 need to check the gain with a higher HV value

the ARS slot for the channel 11 seems to be wrong. This card need to be changed.
