    Carlos asked me why start-run and end-run pop-up scripts don't
    pop up. It's a little hard to tell from home, but I notice:
    1) DVCSMux scripts table looks correct; 2) Running "top" reveals
    that there is no memory left on adaql2, and Ole has turned off swap.
    There may be a consequent issue with X server.

    Suggestions: 1) If time permits, log out/in on adaql2. No need
    to reboot it. 2) Keep number of windows and number of processes
    on adaql2 to a MINIMUM necessary for CODA    . For example, I noticed
    that there were 3 copies of xscaler running on adaql2 (which sadly
    eats 55 Mbytes memory each copy). Run xscaler on adaql4 or anywhere
    other than adaql2.

    On another note, I modified ~a-onl/scalers/last_scaler to put
    the R-HRS scalers into the scaler_history.dat file. For some
    reason it had been disabled. Not a big deal; anyway, the R-arm
    scalers are in all the CODA data files, so the scaler_history.dat
    is a convenience feature (and the L-arm part was always ok).
