    In preparation for running the LD2 target when beam comes back to the hall, the 
loop 1 target fan speed was increased to 60 Hz (percent frequency setpoint = 
25%).  I then opened the JT valve by 2 steps (readback ~29) so that the high 
power heater is running about 120 W (similar to the LH2 loop).
