    keyword=Cavity gains fixed, looks good

    Musson fixed the cavity gains at about 10:05. This was during
    some production data taking. I think the spectrometer DAQ data is
    a more sensitive & immediate probe of how well the monitors work --
    the HAPPEX DAQ data didn't look bad, but we have experience from
    before that with high gains the BPMs are nonlinear. Such gains show
    up as "slamming" at a low & high value in the spectr. DAQ (it is
    not saturating the ADC, it is saturating the BPM electronics).

    The spectr.DAQ analyzer (Podd) now produces diagnostic plots.
    Run the analyzer as usual (.x onlana.C, etc) and then invoke the
    plots are you are prompted to do: .x online.C+("cavities")
    and you'll see fig 1 & 2 below

    Hmmm... It looks like cavity 3X (called 4BX in the plots) is now
    180 degree out of phase to striplines, before only 3Y was.

    Musson says he will put these gains into the default EPICS so that
    the IOC wakes up in the correct state if we reboot.
