This entry is a followup to: 151812
keyword=put phases back to Musson's valuesI put the phase offsets back to where Musson had them since a) my
optimization didn't really do any good (not understood), and b) I
figure Musson may have had better criteria. We leave it here
for now. This adjustment was done during production run 4383.
