keyword=Shift workers: Watch "CH SyncMon" screen

We have had problems with the helicity-control board in the injector. The
problem is apparently fixed, however, we should keep a careful eye on it. The
most obvious indicator of a problem is the "CH SyncMon" screen of the panguin
    (online) analyzer.

The "CH SyncMon" screen should look like figure 1. There should not be
"off-diagonal" entries in the top two histograms. For an example of what is
bad, I have copied the plot of Bob Michaels' earlier log entry #151966. (What
a waste of storage space, screenshot-ing a screen shot from an earlier log
entry... but honestly, I didn't think most people would go look up the other
entry, and I really thought you should see both pictures side-by-side.)

So, what should you do if this looks bad? You should call an expert.
Appropriate experts to call would be either Bryan Moffit or Kent Paschke.
