I show horizontal and veritcal angle and position.  

Figure 1: baseline, with old optics
Figure 2: new optics.  Notice change in jitter and average position difference 
for Y position (almost a 3-sigma effect).  With less 
statistical certainty, the x-angle position difference may have gotten worse, 
although we would have had to take data with these new setpoints for a while 
longer (an hour or two) to be definitive.

Seeing any change at all is strange, only because the pzt slopes didn't change
