This entry is a followup to: 152349

I took spectrometer run 2482 to look at the cavities.  They still don't look so 
healthy.  The position cavities still don't correlate to the striplines in the 
same way as before, and the current cavity signals seem to always be below the 
"beam on" level (~1800 channels) even though we had 38 uA of beam.
