4A & 4B position differences through 31 slugs. Slug 31 is where the charge 
asymmetry was made large and positive to cancel with slug 23. There are signs 
here that 4ax may not be cancelling as well with IHWP IN (blue) near 300 nm and 
IHWP OUT (red) near 500 nm. Also, it seems that 4by has been small but always 
negative (with sign flip for IHWP IN) for the past 5 slugs.
