Jack came by the counting house and said that he had the remote reboot for the 
cavities setup, so I asked him if we could try it.  We did, hopefully 
successfully.  The epics control screens show that both PLL cards are locked 
and the heartbeats are blinking, so maybe we're good to go.  I'll take a look 
at the data.  Oops, I forgot to save the setpoints before I did the reboot, so 
I set the phases/gains back to the values from Aug. 16.  I believe that only 
the phases had changed since then.

A halog describing the procedure on how the reboot the crate remotely will 
follow soon.
