Before run 4556, we went to the ISB and unplugged the Pockels cell high voltage 
monitor cable.  This cable is an electrical real-time helicity signal. Right 
now it is just dangling there in the middle of the rack... somehow makes me 
nervous.  Still, this is different than having it plugged into this box.  
Eventually, if we stay this way, we should decable this from downstairs.

Shift workers must pay close attention to Compton polarimeter 
results, given that we have no way of directly verifying that the Pockels cell 
is receiving voltage.  The RC is aware, and will instruct the shift 
crews.
