16:00 Sudden drop in chl flow causes target pressure to rise. Ron Gilman has
MCC turn off the beam in time to prevent target venting.

16:20 chl flow still unstable. Flow jumps from 25 to 20 g/s . keep beam off

16:45 ask for 30 uA - the chl flow seems to be stable
16:46 start run 4556 production at 28.8 uA
17:00 rebooted compton computer - it was frozen
    17:05 started compton run 11906
Since the Pockels cell read back voltage is not working it is important
to monitor the compton polarimeter to ensure the beam's polarization. Contact
Julie Roche if the compton analysis is not working or if it shows zero
    polarization.
17:23 restart the compton dac on run 11907
    17:42 end run 4556
    17:42 start run 4557
18:31 end run 4557 - mcc says there will be no beam for 10 min.
    18:44 start run 4558
    19:18 end compton run 11907
    19:18 start compton run 11908
    19:40 end run 4558
    19:40 start run 4559 - Q2 profile scan
    19:54 end Q2 scan
19:54 asked for IHWP to be put in and turn beam off
19:55 compton polarization is about 85%

    IHWP is IN
    19:59 start run 4560 production
    20:54 end run 4560
    20:54 begin run 4561
    21:51 end run 4561
    21:51 start run 4562
    21:56 end compton 11909
    21:58 start compton run 11910
22:47 end run 4562 due to IOC crash, asked for beam off
reboot hareboot10 brings back both the LHRS and RHRS
    reboot hareboot7 for target IOC
23:20 - start run 4563 with RHRS set and LHRS 3E-04 too high (2.73783/2.737)
23:28 at about event number 14200 we lowered the LHRS current by hand to the
correct value- This seems to work. LHRS is ok after event 14200
    00:00 shift ends running 4563
    start next compton run 11911
