    As it appears that we will be at least another couple of hours to repair right Q1 (according to Ed) I decide to reduce the coolant flow and target fan speed in order to "park" the helium target for now.

    Fan speed reduced from 70 Hz to 24 Hz.

    High Power heater at software limit (400 W), so cell cools down to 6.3 K and 188 psi; start stepping closed the JT valve to reduce flow from CHL. After gradually stepping it closed we now have:

    10 g/s of 4K coolant from CHL JT valve = 48% HP heater = 25 W cell temp = 6.7 K fan speed = 24 Hz

    target is still in beam position
