    keyword=re: timing shifts

    I think the problem with the timing shifts may be due to a
    flakey (intermittent) cable carrying the retiming (RT) signal,
    or possibly the NIM module that makes that signal. A loss
    of this signal would cause exactly the observed shift in T0.
    During access we examined this cable and found a bad looking
    (worn out) connector which should be re-crimped. I'll ask Jack
    Segal when he comes in to fix Fastbus. During access the loss
    of RT was not actually observed on the scope.
