keyword=Beam time estimates for Kin point 5

I used runs 1873-1876 for the input. The figure of merit is a guess based on the updated FOM from the last kin point of 0.0026 -- I justified boosting it a bit to 0.003 by observing the trend in Brash's MC curve.

NOTE: I scaled the End-of-Run total current numbers by the factor 0.57. That factor was computed from the ratio of true beam current (reported by the usual BCM gui's and stripcharts) to the "average current" reported in the End-of-Run autolog entries (see Halog entry 176183). This resulted in the calculater generating rates/currents that were closer to reality.

There must be an error in the BCM calibration used by the end-of-run script. This should be fixed (Emily?).
