keyword=1% fluctuation in beam energy observed in Hall C -- Do we see it too?

Hall C is seeing a 1% fluctuation in beam energy at a frequency of ~1Hz. This was investigated during the down this morning but was not fixed. MCC took the beam away again to take another look at it.

Do we have anything in our data stream that would be sensitive to this (to the necessary <1% precision)?

Bob: anything in the charge asym feedback system that would be relevant?

I was wondering about the spread in the BCM calibration constants in Halog entry 176330. That spread is also on the order of 1% (or +-0.5%) -- just a coincidence, or ripple correlated with the beam energy?
