    keyword=coinc. time observations

    The coinc. time is measured, supposedly, on L-HRS and R-HRS.
    On L-HRS the peak is rather near (~10 nsec) to the edge (fig 1)
    the possiblity is that some PMTs are not efficiently making T5
    since the PMTs can be different by a few nsec. It might be ok
    but it looks marginal.
    On R-HRS the peak is bizarre, see fig 2. It's as if T5 was
    plugged in there instead of T3 for the stop. During an opportunistic
    access it may be worthwhile sorting this out.
