    After resetting the crate, the break release started flickering between
    "yes" and "no". We finally got the clamp release and the break release
    to "yes" and the spectrometer started to move a little bit. Then it
    stopped. It sounds like the relay is at it again. We've tried resetting
    the crate and we'll wait a little longer this time before trying to start
    the motion again.

    Tried rebooting iocha16 to see if that will help. Ed, while looking at
    the logbook found out our little motion difficulty and is coming in.
    We'll need another controlled access.

    As it happnes, we tried rebooting the HRS-R and we seem to be having
    communication problems with it. We've tried rebooting again, and we will
    try resetting the tools to see if that resolves the problem.
