Shift crew: there is a known issue with the LH level readback on the left dipole.

Details are on a piece of paper posted near hacsbc2, but the bottom line is that:

50% readback is Full (actual level is 70%)
42% readback is Low (actual level is 50%)
33% readback is the trip point (actual level 30%)
