The Hall will be in restricted access for at least 2 days due to ESR
shutdown. The cryogenic system will be down.
DO NOT RAMP THE MAGNETS
At the end of the ESR cleanup we will have to re-cool the magnets and the
target.
The exact duration of this down is not known at this time.
