Continuing with Q2 = 45 fm-2, He3 running

Raster change: 25% increase in x direction and 20% decrease in y direction to match raster running conditions of previous Forward kinematic runs. (New raster size starts with run 3461)

17:10 MCC informs us that dump ion chamber limits permit us now to run at higher current (we were running at ~ 85 uA). Requested 105 uA.

18:00 MCC: beam off for approx 15-30 min for beam dispersion measurent for hall B.
18:20 beam back
18:50 MCC cannot give more current than 100 uA. Gun is beginning to
lose efficiency. They may have to do a spot change.
20:37 MCC takes beam away to fix frequent beam trip problem
20:46 beam back
