    keyword=left detector HRS IOC fixed

    We thought the only way to reboot the left HRS detector IOC is to access hareboot2, but Jack came in and clicked on "Left Arm Detectors' Slowe Controls VME Reset" button on the crate reset screen and that solved the problem.

    After IOC reboot, the left VDC setting needs to be set back to 4KV. Jack mentioned that all the notes about slow controlws etc can be found from his website: http://www.jlab.org/~segal/
